What an "hour of changes" covers
An hour of updates covers practical changes that keep your business fresh online:
- Updating business hours, holiday notices or seasonal schedules
- Changing phone numbers, email addresses or address details
- Adding or replacing photos in your gallery
- Updating service menus, price lists or seasonal specials
- Adding a new client testimonial or staff bio
- Publishing a short blog post or business announcement
Overage, emergencies & ownership
- Overage at $75/hour: Work beyond your monthly included hours is billed at $75/hour (30-minute minimum). I will always confirm with you before starting overage work. Unused hours do not roll over from month to month.
- Emergency fixes: On Active Care, critical fixes are addressed within 1 business day at no extra cost. On Basic Care or without a plan, emergency work is $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
- Annual billing: Pay for a full year upfront and get 2 months free ($590/yr for Basic, $1,390/yr for Active).
- Cancel anytime: Your site stays yours. If you cancel, your site remains live on your Cloudflare account, your domain remains yours, and all code is provided on request.

Do I need a care plan to keep my website online?
No. Your website is built on fast, static edge hosting that runs cleanly without ongoing fees. A care plan is entirely optional, designed for business owners who want me to handle edits, updates, and technical check-ups.
What happens if I don't use all my hours in a month?
Unused hours expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over. Each month starts fresh with your full included allocation (1 hour for Basic, 3 hours for Active).
How do emergency site fixes work?
Active Care includes emergency site fixes within 1 business day at no additional charge. For Basic Care clients or sites without a care plan, emergency fixes are billed at $75/hour with a 1-hour minimum.
How do I request updates?
Simply send an email to hello@randigital.tech with the text or photos you'd like updated.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your website remains active on your Cloudflare account, your domain stays registered in your name, and you own all of your code and content.
