My 30-day labor guarantee

You shouldn't have to pay twice for the same problem.

30-day labor guarantee

If something I set up or fixed stops working the same way within 30 days, I come back and fix it at no charge. A return visit for the exact same issue is completely free.

What is excluded: This guarantee does not cover new viruses or malware from new downloads after my visit, changes someone else made to your device or settings, or hardware that fails mechanically on its own.

Parts & diagnosis credit

  • Parts at cost with your OK: Any replacement hardware (cables, adapters, replacement drives) is passed on at cost with a receipt and your approval first. No markup.
  • Diagnosis credit: If your computer turns out to be beyond repair or failing mechanically, what you paid for the diagnostic visit goes toward setting up its replacement.
  • Payment on completion: Cash, check, Zelle or credit card accepted on-site once work is finished.

Tech Help FAQ

Common questions about visits, devices, and repairs.

Do you work on both Macs and Windows computers?

Yes. I work across Windows laptops and desktops, Apple Macs (MacBook, iMac, Mac mini), iPhones, iPads, and Android smartphones and tablets.

How does remote help work?

We connect over a secure, temporary screen share. You can see everything I do on your screen in real time. The moment we finish, the connection closes and I have no further access. If I cannot resolve your issue remotely, you pay nothing.

What if my computer needs a physical replacement part?

I will diagnose what is needed and explain your options clearly. You can buy the part yourself from your preferred retailer, or I can purchase it on your behalf at retail cost with your OK. I never add a parts markup.

What if my old computer is dead and not worth fixing?

If diagnostic testing reveals an unrecoverable hardware failure, I won't waste your money on pointless labor. What you paid for the visit is credited toward setting up a new computer ($159 New Computer Setup) when you get one.

How do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion of the visit or remote session. I accept cash, checks, Zelle, and all major credit cards.

Need help with a computer, Wi-Fi or printer?

Send a note describing what's happening and I'll get back to you promptly.
